Directions to Use:
Children 6–12 Years:
Apply 1–2 rolls to the soles of the feet or back of the neck. Use once in the evening, 20–30 minutes before bedtime.
Teens & Adults:
Apply 1–2 rolls to the soles of the feet, back of the neck, or along the spine. Use once in the evening, 20–30 minutes before bedtime as part of a calm and consistent bedtime routine.
