Stock Availability & Order Processing
Kuriosity Healed The Cat (KHTC) normally carries stock of its products, allowing orders to be processed and dispatched promptly.
We deliberately maintain moderate stock levels rather than storing large quantities for extended periods. This helps us ensure that our products remain as fresh as possible while maintaining product quality.
As we also own our supplying business, we have direct control over stock replenishment. Although an item may occasionally be temporarily out of stock, replenishment generally takes only a few days.
All orders are processed once full payment has cleared.
Dispatch & Delivery
Where products are in stock, orders are dispatched within 24 business hours or less after payment has cleared.
All deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy and are available within South Africa only. Delivery options include:
- PUDO locker-to-locker delivery
- Home delivery
- Business address delivery
Available options may depend on the destination and courier service availability.
Courier fees include appropriate packaging to ensure products are protected during transit.
In certain areas deemed high-risk or high-cost by the courier, parcels may be sent via Locker-to-Locker or Locker-to-Kiosk delivery. This may also be arranged on request. Outlaying or High Risk Areas can be done at a much higher cost to the client.
Please note that dispatch within 24 business hours does not guarantee delivery within the same timeframe. Delivery times depend on the courier service and destination.
Product Storage
Products should be stored below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and heat, in line with supplier recommendations.
Refunds, Cancellations & Damaged or Incorrect Items
Due to the nature of wellness products and supplier ordering processes, no refunds, cancellations, or changes are possible once an order has been placed with suppliers.
In the event of damaged or incorrect items, issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with supplier and courier policies.
Customer Communication
Customers are encouraged to remain in communication regarding their product use and wellness journey. Open communication supports responsible guidance and appropriate product use.
