Directions to Use:
Ages 2–6 Years:
Apply 1 roll to the soles of the feet or wrists. Use up to 2 times daily as part of a gentle emotional support routine. Ideal before school, social situations or during periods of emotional tension and increased demands.
Ages 6–12 Years:
Apply 1–2 rolls to the wrists or soles of the feet. A light application may also be used along the spine if needed. Use up to 2 times daily. Ideal during emotional overwhelm, transitions, new environments or busy days when extra calm and reassurance are needed.
Teens & Adults:
Apply 1–2 rolls to the wrists, back of the neck or soles of the feet. Use up to 2–3 times daily as needed. Ideal during stressful days, emotional pressure, busy routines or as part of a consistent calming routine.
