Directions to Use:
Children 6–12 Years:
Apply 1–2 rolls to the upper chest, back of the neck or along the spine. A light application may also be used on the wrists so the aroma can be inhaled when needed. Use up to 2 times daily, or as needed during periods of congestion or sinus sensitivity.
Teens & Adults:
Apply 1–2 rolls to the upper chest, back of the neck or along the spine. A small amount may also be applied to the wrists to allow gentle inhalation throughout the day. The temples may be used with care, avoiding the eye area. Use up to 2–3 times daily, or as needed during periods of congestion, pressure or sinus sensitivity.
